This allows you to secure your spot on one of our tours and pay for it at a later date, closer to the departure date.

Here’s how it works:

• When you book one of our tour packages on a “book now, pay later” basis, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your spot on the tour. The deposit amount can vary depending on the tour package and departure date you choose.

• The remaining balance of the tour cost is due closer to the departure date, as specified in the tour itinerary and in the confirmation email we will send you.

• If you need to cancel your booking or make changes to it, please note that our standard cancellation and amendment policies apply. We wiil not charge you any cancellation or amendment fees normally.

• If you fail to make the final payment by the specified due date, your booking will be cancelled and we will refund your deposit fully.
