Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your tour booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the departure date, we will refund the deposit amount minus a processing fee of 500 per person.
For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the departure date, we will retain 50% of the deposit amount.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the departure date, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
Once the tour has begun, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour package.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability or pandemics, our company reserves the right to cancel the tour and in such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Amendment Policy:

If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
For changes made more than 30 days prior to the departure date, we will charge a processing fee of 250 per person per change.
For changes made less than 30 days prior to the departure date, we will charge a processing fee of 500 per person per change.
Please note that some changes may not be possible, depending on availability and the specific tour package you have booked.
