Arrive at Cochin, our driver cum guide meets and take you to Munnar. Visit Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls on the way. Stop at Karadippara view point and enjoy the panoramic tea plantations stretched boundlessly. Check in to the resort for overnight stay
After breakfast, visit Eravikulam nationl park, a beautiful place for trekking. The endangered Nilgiri Tahr is conserved here and its home to lots of Flaura and Fauna too. Do a small trekking to the hills and watch the panoramic view of mountains and valleys. Later visit Mattupetty da, Echo point, tea viewpoints, tea museum and factory. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, head towards Thekkady and check in to the hotel. Afternoon do boating in the Periyar wildlife sanctuary. Elephant ride, spice plantation visit, martial arts show, Kathakali shows etc are the other activities in Thekkady. Return to hotel for overnight stay,
After breakfast, head towards Cochin/Madurai for onward journey.
Cochin is the nearest airport to Munnar (110 km & 4 hrs approx) and Madurai (170 kms, 5 hrs approx) is the second nearest. Aluva is the nearest railway station ( 110 kms, 4 hrs approx) to Munnar.
